1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Udeju. By accessing or using udeju.com and the Udeju platform (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Udeju reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to software, code, architecture, user interface design, graphics, logos, and text, are owned by Udeju or licensed to Udeju. Nothing herein grants you ownership rights in the Platform’s content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Trademarks and service marks on the Platform, including the Udeju name and logo, are the property of Udeju or their respective owners. You may not use any such marks without prior written permission from the owner.

User contributions: If you submit content to the Platform (such as reviews or feedback), you retain ownership of that content but grant Udeju a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content as necessary to operate and promote the Platform. You remain solely responsible for the content you provide and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the foregoing license.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

The Platform may include links to third-party apps and resources. Apps referenced on udeju.com are hosted on Google Play and are not hosted or controlled by Udeju. Udeju does not own, develop, or maintain these apps; their availability, functionality, and content are governed by Google Play and the app developers themselves.

Use of these third-party apps is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective third parties and Google Play. Udeju does not warrant the safety, suitability, or legality of any third-party content, and may discontinue linking to such content at any time without notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Udeju disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Udeju does not warrant that the Platform will function uninterrupted or error-free, or that all content or results will meet your requirements.

IN NO EVENT SHALL UDEJU, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHER THEORIES OF LAW, AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM IN THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
